In 1945, at a battlefield in Okinawa, Japan. THOMAS, an American soldier in his early 20's, hears a voice speaking to him in English in a cave. THOMAS thinks he has got a company but what he finds is a dying Japanese soldier, KEN, in his early 40's. KEN asks THOMAS to pass a small dirty bag on the ground to him.
